**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.
  • Document and report any observed irregularities, including property damage, theft, or unusual occurrences, according to company protocols.
  • Work closely with site personnel and visitors to address inquiries and provide assistance, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
  • Operate communication devices and security-related technology as required for monitoring and incident response.
  • Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential security-related incidents and promote a welcoming atmosphere.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
