As a Content Manager, you will orchestrate the flow of all guest‑facing content for a premier global fan event, ensuring timely, accurate, and engaging information across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire lifecycle of guest‑facing content, including development, tracking, review, and approval for emails, event websites, mobile applications, and other communications.
Establish and maintain robust content trackers and workflows, collaborating closely with editorial, project management, legal, internal brand teams, and event production stakeholders.
Facilitate the intake and review of content listings from sponsors and internal business units, ensuring consistent routing and adherence to deadlines.
Oversee all content change requests, maintaining transparency across stakeholders and ensuring timely updates.
Draft compelling guest information content for the event as needed, working with event producers and marketing teams.
Manage content uploads and version control for all digital publishing, including the event’s official website and mobile application.
Become a subject matter expert in the content management system (CMS) for the event’s mobile application.
Collaborate with digital and site producers to ensure a continuous flow of pertinent event information across all digital platforms.
Actively participate in planning and production meetings, providing critical updates and proactively flagging potential risks.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for the event’s digital platforms, covering pre‑, during‑, and post‑event states.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Theater, English, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
2‑4 years of experience in content management, editorial roles, writing, or digital platform development.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, Keynote, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat).
Strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to think critically, make sound decisions, and drive initiatives independently.
