Director, Product Marketing & Growth Industrial SaaS
Location: U.S. (Hybrid / In-person)
Reports to: CEO
About the role
Were a growing AI-driven SaaS company serving manufacturers. Our product helps industrial clients automatically transform regulatory and compliance evidence into ready-to-use certification packages. Were scaling our marketing engine and need a leader to drive growth.
What youll do
- Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across industrial verticals (e.g. instrumentation, systems & controls, power, water)
- Lead website strategy: industry pages, solution content, gated assets, clear conversion paths
- Create content & offers (guides, case studies, webinars) that drive demand
- Build the product-led growth funnel: trial to paid activation, in-app prompts, email nurturing
- Run partner marketing (labs, certifiers, distributors), co-branded campaigns, webinars
- Execute campaigns (LinkedIn, retargeting, ABM), track attribution, and manage dashboards
- Enable Sales with messaging, playbooks, objection handling, and content mapped to stages
What success looks like
- Marketing (and partners) drives 35-45% of new pipeline
- Lead SQL 30%; SQL Opportunity 50%; Opportunities Closed 25%
- Grow trials (250600/quarter) and convert 4-6% to paid
- Two gated offers + two webinars per quarter
- Consistent +30% QoQ growth in non-brand organic traffic
- Efficient CAC with payback 6 months
Who you are / Requirements
- 510+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing + demand gen
- Comfortable writing technical / regulated content (compliance, safety, certifications)
- Proven track record driving pipeline from content, webinars, campaigns
- Experience with PLG lifecycles (activation, metrics)
- Bonus: domain experience in industrial or manufacturing verticals
- Experience partnering with labs, distributor networks, or regulatory bodies is a plus
