Technical Writer / Marketing Communications Specialist
Location Boston, MA or Andover, MA (Hybrid: 2 days onsite)
Contract 6 months with possible extension
Schedule Mon–Fri, 8AM–5PM EST
Rate $40–$50/hr

Copy Editing:
Review and refine thousands of marketing brochures and collateral for grammar, spelling, branding alignment, and clarity.
Template & Branding Implementation:
Apply corporate templates and branding guidelines across PPTs, Word docs, and other materials to ensure consistent look and feel.
Organization & Content Management:
Maintain and update SharePoint sites; organize and upload marketing materials for sales team access.
Job Responsibilities
Edit and update product and promotional content for clarity and accuracy.
Format documents using corporate branding, templates, and layout best practices.
Ensure consistency across materials supporting multiple products.
Manage internal SharePoint publication site and internal social media updates.
Maintain an organized repository for reusable content.
Qualifications
Experience copy editing brochures, data sheets, and presentations.
Ability to edit technical documents (briefs, white papers, SOPs, user guides).
Experience creating or managing SharePoint communication sites.
Comfortable working with global technical teams and SMEs.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Web publishing
Animation/video creation
Familiarity with cybersecurity, OT/IT, or industrial automation topics
