Technical Writer – Marketing Communication Specialist

$50.00 USD per hour on W2
Shift Timing:
Monday to Friday, First Shift, Hybrid, 2 days onsite
Job Description:
Top 3 Skills Needed: 1) Copy Editing – managing thousands of marketing brochures and collateral. 2) Template Implementation – develop guidelines and manipulate PPT/Word documents to maintain consistent branding. 3) Organization – update SharePoint and provide clear messaging for Sales Reps.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, correct, and update product and promotional materials for clarity, proper construction, and appropriate language.
Implement company branding rules, apply corporate templates, organize content display, and use graphic treatments to improve appeal.
Governance to ensure consistency across documents supporting multiple products.
Maintain SharePoint site used to publish contents internally and administer internal social media account.
Maintain an ordered repository of reusable content.
Qualifications:
Experience in copy editing of marketing collateral such as brochures, data sheets, and presentations.
Experience editing technical documentation such as product briefs, white papers, SOPs, user guides.
Experience creating and maintaining SharePoint Communication sites or similar.
Interaction with technical teams and SMEs distributed in multiple countries.
Ability to organize work requests from multiple sources and maintain document library.
Optional skills: animation and video generation.
Familiarity with technical topics related to Cybersecurity, OT, IT, industrial automation, and product development.
