Role Mandate As

Senior Manager, Marketing AI & Operations , you will lead AI as a core operating capability across Marketing. You will own strategy, hands‑on development, and scaled deployment of AI agents and workflows that drive pipeline efficiency, accelerate content and localization, and materially improve marketing productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Own and lead a portfolio of Marketing AI initiatives across demand, growth, content, and operations.

Translate business challenges into prioritized AI use cases, develop rapid prototypes from POCs to production, and drive global adoption.

Apply AI to lead scoring, routing, personalization, and conversion optimization within HubSpot.

Improve pipeline and queue efficiency through predictive targeting, forecasting, and lifecycle orchestration.

Build AI‑assisted content and localization workflows; improve SEO and AI‑search discovery.

Embed AI into campaign operations, QA, reporting, and MarTech stack automation.

Design AI workflows integrated with HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, internal dashboards, and AI tools (Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato).

Partner with Product, Data, IT, and Legal to ensure security, compliance, and scalability.

Define KPIs around time saved, conversion lift, pipeline efficiency, and asset performance; report impact to executive leadership.

Build playbooks, standards, and training to operationalize human‑plus‑AI workflows.

Qualifications

8–12+ years of B2B SaaS marketing, marketing operations, growth, or product operations experience.

Proven leadership of complex, cross‑functional initiatives from ideation to scale.

Deep understanding of the marketing funnel and revenue motion.

Foundational knowledge of AI concepts and practical experience building POCs with modern AI tools.

Hands‑on prompt engineering, rapid experimentation, and API integration skills.

Data‑driven, ROI‑focused, and comfortable influencing cross‑functional teams.

A builder mindset with bias to action and analytical rigor.

Compensation Salary range:

$150,000 – $172,000

per year (exclusive of bonus, equity, and benefits). Bonus up to 10% and equity; total OTE can reach $190,000.
