The salary range for this position is $28.62 – $44.37 (Hourly Rate).
Description The
Application Analyst Associate
supports clinical communication and 3rd‑party applications, ensuring systems operate efficiently and securely within Northwestern Medicine’s technology framework. The role collaborates with Information Services to develop, maintain, and troubleshoot applications, enhancing service reliability for patients, guests, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop skills necessary to support assigned services and systems while learning the integration and interaction of all supported services and systems.
Monitor the production issue queue and resolve issues while maintaining Customer Service Level Agreements.
Execute project tasks under direction of the IS Manager, Team Lead, or Senior IS Application Analyst, and perform routine support with assistance.
Adhere to and enhance quality assurance standards, systems development and delivery methodologies.
Contribute to ongoing processes that integrate end‑user requests with software functionality.
Provide analysis and recommendations on application build and functionality to ensure reliability for current and future use.
Develop diagnostic skills and expertise to assist with problem determination and solution across the assigned NMHC distributed system IS environment.
Participate in on‑call rotation.
Required Qualifications
1–2 years of Experience in Core Discipline

Bachelor’s Degree
