Become a Key Player as a Marketing Analytics Manager (B2B Field Marketing) As a Marketing Analytics Manager, you will turn complex B2B marketing data into clear, actionable insights that shape campaign strategy and product positioning. You’ll partner closely with marketing and research teams to influence decisions across field programs and account growth. Work model: Onsite preferred in San Jose or San Francisco, with virtual collaboration across time zones. This is a staffing/contract role with a standard full-time schedule (40 hours/week).
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
Explore data infrastructure, extract datasets, analyze results, and visualize findings to reveal key marketing patterns and trends.
Summarize insights on customer needs, product positioning, campaign performance, market trends, and competition into regular, actionable updates.
Tell the story behind the numbers to influence stakeholders and inspire adjustments to business strategy.
Partner with marketing research to acquire, synthesize, and circulate primary research and market trend takeaways.
Translate insights into field actions that drive account penetration and upsell motions to improve LTV.
Identify performance drivers and opportunities to refine product marketing messaging.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design data-driven campaigns that optimize prospect conversion.
Build feedback loops to expose knowledge gaps and guide future analysis and research.
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
B2B marketing and sales knowledge (key requirement).
Very strong communication and presentation skills (key requirement).
Proficiency managing multiple datasets and requests with high accuracy; ability to work in a virtual environment.
Autonomy engaging Director+ stakeholders; ability to navigate a matrix environment across time zones.
Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics) — mandatory.
Experience in data visualization — required (Power BI highly preferred).
5+ years of related experience in Data Analytics, Consulting, or Marketing Analytics.
Here’s What Else Might Help You Out
Power BI expertise.
Proficiency in SQL, Hive, or Azure Databricks.
B2B SaaS experience in marketing and sales analytics.
MBA.
