Join Uber's CRM Strategy, Planning & Operations team as a Marketing Operations Manager and be a key contributor in defining the future of our CRM operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building and implementing efficient processes, frameworks, and solutions that enable our CRM teams to effectively manage the company's communications across owned digital channels to millions of Uber users, including Drivers, Riders, Couriers, Eaters, and Restaurants. Responsibilities
Manage CRM's E2E processes, identifying opportunities for improvements and efficiencies, and propose, develop and execute solutions in collaboration with appropriate partners and stakeholders. Manage and oversee CRM's creative agencies, working on process efficiency and quality improvements. Support the optimization of existing org-wide central planning processes, project tracking tools and frameworks, including measuring and driving adoption across CRM. Manage cross-functional relationships and optimize workflows for CRM, specifically with Brand Experience, Localization, and Legal teams. Establish and maintain a centralized, standardized Source of Truth (SSOT) by consolidating over 150 fragmented CRM resources to improve accessibility, enhance team efficiency, and enable easy search for current campaigns and results for the OneCRM team. Lead the end-to-end project management of key strategic, foundational, and highly cross-functional initiatives for the CRM organization. Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Program Management, or Strategic Operations. Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience. Preferred Qualifications
Large‑scale project management experience. Exceptional ability to present complex information clearly and succinctly to diverse stakeholders. Highly persuasive and effective written and verbal communication skills, adept at navigating, influencing, and building consensus across functions and teams. Prior experience working on global projects or in an international setting. Ability to foster collaboration and facilitate teamwork by bringing key partners together. Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities. Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and evolving priorities. High attention to detail and a bias toward actionable priorities, executing efficiently, and delivering on time. Comfortable managing both strategy and execution—balancing big‑picture vision with hands‑on ownership of tools, workflows, and deliverables. A self‑starter who is organized, resourceful, and constantly looking for ways to optimize systems, improve visibility, and drive impact. Experience managing external agencies is a plus. Proven success in driving organizational efficiency through effective management of documentation and cross‑functional resources. Salary & Benefits
Base salary range: USD$130,000 – USD$144,000 per year (for New York, NY and San Francisco, CA). Eligible for Uber's bonus program, equity award, and other benefits.
