Caesars New Orleans unveiled the opulent and indulgent luxury of a $435 million dollar expansion to transform our award‑winning property in Fall of 2024, adding a 340‑room hotel tower, a Nobu Hotel segment with two stories and stunning views, renowned Nobu Restaurant, expanded gaming areas with 1,300 slot machines, 120 table games, a 20‑table Poker Room, three outdoor gaming courtyards, and a 5,700‑square‑foot Caesars Sportsbook.

Job Summary The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for Caesars New Orleans, driving incremental revenue and profitability by creating, managing, and optimizing marketing programs targeted at premium and high‑value players across domestic and international markets.

Essential Job Functions

Develop market segmentation to maximize casino revenue.

Lead overall media advertising campaigns.

Brainstorm, formulate, and execute special package plans.

Manage a market analysis system to identify markets and premium players that generate acceptable revenue for marketing investment.

Manage special events designed to attract premium players in both table games and slots.

Develop relationships with premium players in key domestic and international markets.

Develop relationships with local restaurants and hotels to provide service to premium players.

Coordinate activities, customer databases, and special events with general marketing functions.

Provide input, direction, and participation in special events.

Coordinate national sales and marketing efforts to maximize Caesars benefits.

Act as a role model to other employees, presenting oneself as a credit to Caesars and encouraging others to do the same.

Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.

Qualifications

3+ years of senior executive level marketing experience and deep understanding of finance and performance drivers.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing and sales experience.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA with a concentration in Marketing or Sales preferred.

Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

Creative, results‑driven, and collaborative team player.

Prior experience in hospitality, hotel, or casino marketing strongly preferred.

Professional appearance and ability to foster positive relationships across teams.

Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize activities.

Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.

Physical, Mental & Environmental Demands

Must be able to quickly assimilate data and communicate corporate information to key external and internal audiences.

Must handle executive clients effectively, both internally and externally.

Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the casino.

Must lift up to 10 pounds and carry up to 5 pounds.

Must bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at the assigned desk area.

Must operate office equipment, including a 10‑key adding machine, PC, fax machine, and photocopier.

Must work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.

Must read, write, speak, and understand English.

Must respond to visual and aural cues.
