Responsibilities
Understand and address the creative objectives and needs of internal client groups
Develop and execute design concepts for on-air and off-air programs and projects
Ensure efficient workflow processes for graphic designs
Assist with innovative projects and create minor internet graphics
Maintain regular and punctual attendance, with flexibility for nights and weekends as needed
Qualifications
Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
2-5 years of relevant work experience in graphic design or a similar field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and graphic design principles
Ability to demonstrate independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
Strong understanding of professional concepts related to design and media
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with visual design and layout solutions in a media environment
Familiarity with GIF and JPEG internet graphics creation
Passion for teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced setting
Enthusiasm for learning and advocating new technologies and digital tools
