Responsibilities

• Understand and address the creative objectives and needs of internal client groups
• Develop and execute design concepts for on-air and off-air programs and projects
• Ensure efficient workflow processes for graphic designs
• Assist with innovative projects and create minor internet graphics
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance, with flexibility for nights and weekends as needed

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in graphic design or a similar field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and graphic design principles
• Ability to demonstrate independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
• Strong understanding of professional concepts related to design and media

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with visual design and layout solutions in a media environment
• Familiarity with GIF and JPEG internet graphics creation
• Passion for teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced setting
• Enthusiasm for learning and advocating new technologies and digital tools
