Job Description Summary
This position engages with team members to contribute to user experience solutions and improvements. The role collaborates on projects to ensure user needs are met through effective design and assists in developing user‑centered design concepts. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing user feedback to inform design decisions, exercising judgment within defined processes, and enhancing the user experience through collaborative efforts.
Essential Responsibilities
- Perform portions of designs that are user‑centric and visually appealing, requiring general domain knowledge and developing business expertise.
- Support and may lead projects of limited scope impacting the product function.
- Analyze and make decisions within limited parameters under regular supervision.
- Receive regular and general instruction and guidance from more experienced colleagues on work in the form of specific objectives.
Expected Qualifications
- 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

The total compensation for this practice may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. For more information, visit https://www.paypalbenefits.com. The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $100,500 to $173,250. PayPal does not charge candidates any fees for courses, applications, resume reviews, interviews, background checks, or onboarding.
