Production Designer Opportunity

Our healthcare client is looking for a production designer to assist their team! This is a fully remote 40hrs/week freelance opportunity starting as soon as January 2026 for 2-3 months. There is possibility it will extend. In this role, the production designer will be responsible for: Producing and updating Microsoft Office and Canva brand templates for print, digital and social media. Resizing and adapting existing creative assets and photography. Preparing final files for production in various formats. Ensuring all creative output aligns with the client's brand standards. Working under the supervision of the Graphic Design Lead and collaborate with the broader Content + Brand Services team. The ideal candidate will have: 2+ years of production design experience (in healthcare is a plus but not required). Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Microsoft Office (Word and PPT). Ability to design with digital accessibility in mind. Your own computer to work on. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
