As a Graphic Design Intern at FTI, you will have the opportunity to work on a vast array of design projects, including digital and print media. This role will work within a creative services team environment and will have the opportunity to design within a diverse portfolio of brands under the guidance of tenured professionals. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both remotely and on-site. In addition to project work, you will also participate in multiple team-building events, facility tours, volunteer activities and a dedicated send-off event to celebrate your internship experience. Minimum Requirements Education: A High School Diploma or GED Education: Enrolled in an accredited institution in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (Junior or Senior year preferred) Travel: Yes Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary. Essential Functions: Assist in the creation of digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, collateral, presentations, and advertisements. Collaborate with the Creative Services team to develop and execute creative concepts. Support the production of visual content for our website and other digital platforms. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. Assist with photo editing, retouching, and image optimization. Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities A solid understanding of basic design principles: layout, typography, color theory and current design trends. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
