We are expanding our Growth team and hiring a
Growth Marketing Lead
to drive scalable customer acquisition through paid marketing. Initially a hands‑on individual contributor, you will own our Google portfolio—Search, Demand Gen, UAC, and YouTube—while developing the potential to lead a team as we scale. How You Will Make Impact
Phase 1 (12–30 months): Focus on finding and implementing effective strategies to optimize channel cost‑effectiveness.
Lead and own channel performance end‑to‑end: strategy, execution, analysis, optimization. Analyze and monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and make optimizations to improve results. Conceptualize and execute innovative experiments; deliver data‑driven insights for performance enhancement. Allocate and manage budgets to maximize ROAS.
Phase 2 (post‑optimization): Scale successful strategies and transition into a leadership role.
Strategize the full‑funnel marketing roadmap for long‑term growth. Lead new channel expansion with innovation and rigor. Build, expand, and mentor a junior marketing team.
Responsibilities
Own Google paid channels (Search, Demand Gen, UAC, YouTube) from end‑to‑end. Develop and execute growth experiments and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Collaborate with data, product, and agency partners to drive performance. Analyze metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, incrementality) and communicate insights. Qualifications
3+ years of digital performance marketing experience with 2+ years managing paid search and Google channels. 2+ years of strategic consulting background (ideally MBB or equivalent). Strong quantitative analysis skills and data storytelling ability. Proven experience designing and executing end‑to‑end experiments. Deep technical acumen of the paid growth ecosystem.
