The Opportunity As part of an elite team supporting the President of our Digital Media business, the Director of Objectives & Key Results will drive insights and strategy execution. This role works closely with executives and senior leaders across the company to translate strategy into clear priorities and actionable results for Adobe and its customers. The biggest impact will come from an influential leader who possesses strong business and operating intuition, outstanding project and program management skills, and is an inspirational agent of change within the organization.
What You’ll Do
Act as the expert on Digital Media objectives and key results, leading all aspects from beginning to end, and guide executives in a dynamic business environment.
Partner with executives and leaders to develop a robust set of well‑defined key results that drive strategic clarity, prioritization, and trade‑offs; refresh these throughout the year as needed.
Work meticulously with business leaders to deeply understand every calculation, probe thoughtfully, and interpret what the data is telling us.
Formally report on key results at our twice‑per‑quarter executive business reviews to help steer the right narratives, conversations, and actions.
Proactively inspect the business on a rolling basis, generating insights and actions to ensure teams deliver outcomes that move the business.
Facilitate cross‑functional alignment for shared goals, ensuring joint collaboration across the organization.
Drive the operating model, process, tool, and dashboard for objectives and key results, ensuring robust tracking, governance, and accountability; build execution rigor across the business and employ change‑management strategies.
Apply thought leadership and industry standards to continually architect and improve the framework and playbook, ensuring the best set of leading indicators to measure progress against strategic priorities.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
10+ years experience in strategy, operations, or business transformation roles within large‑scale technology, SaaS, or digital media companies, or a top‑management consulting firm; MBA strongly preferred.
Proven experience owning and scaling an enterprise objectives and key results program for a multi‑billion‑dollar organization.
Strong business intuition, judgment, and curiosity to ask the right questions; strong EQ and positive energy.
Ability to distill complex concepts into simple processes or key messages to rally an organization and engage executives.
Exceptional executive communication skills (written and verbal) with meticulous attention to detail for high‑quality deliverables.
Proven ability to influence, connect strategic and operational dots, and drive cross‑functional alignment in a matrixed global environment.
Strong analytical capability to interpret data and use it to influence business decisions.
Ability to lead and create structure, driving teams toward execution in high‑velocity, highly ambiguous environments.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $153,200 – $299,700 annually, varying by location and based on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
