As a **Security Guard - Tech/Media Patrol Driver** in **Clarksville, IN** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and remaining visible throughout a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. This is a primarily driving post that requires a valid driver's license. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, clear communication, and upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, with attention to areas relevant to a tech, media, and telecom environment.
  • Monitor for suspicious activity and report any irregularities or security-related concerns according to established protocols.
  • Assist with access control, verifying identification and credentials as needed for entry to restricted areas.
  • Support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and contractors by offering assistance and information as needed.
  • Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with company and client requirements.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
