About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to support a LinkedIn outreach and content campaign for a global technology client. This part-time freelance role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, comfort managing multiple LinkedIn profiles, and experience using Hootsuite to schedule, track, and report on content performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule weekly LinkedIn posts for multiple SDR (Sales Development Representative) accounts using Hootsuite.

  • Maintain and update a shared content calendar based on the campaign playbook.

  • Monitor post engagement, comments, and reactions; flag high-value interactions.

  • Pull weekly performance reports (CTR, impressions, engagement) and provide insights on trends.

  • Coordinate with the internal marketing team for post approvals and content alignment.

  • Maintain consistency in tone, visuals, and posting cadence across profiles.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn or social media scheduling via Hootsuite (required).

  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, sales enablement, or SDR campaigns (preferred).

  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and follow brand voice guidelines.

  • Based in Ventura County or Los Angeles County (preferred) — remote with occasional in-person coordination if needed.
