As a Sales & Marketing Representative, you are expected to: Conduct direct sales at pop-ups, events, and promotional locations—sell fiber, wireless, and internet packages. Follow up leads and handle inbound customer interest to close sales. Convert marketing outreach into signed service agreements and demos. Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, door drops, and event activations. Monitor campaign ROI and optimize messaging for conversion (performance-driven). Maintain CRM data, track lead sources, and report weekly results. Train and coordinate with brand ambassadors and temporary staff. Ensure compliance with AT&T branding and procedural standards.
