Entry Level Sales Representative Core Duties:
Proactively engage potential customers to promote AT&T Fiber, Wireless, and Internet. Deliver sales presentations that highlight the speed and reliability of AT&T. Close sales by overcoming objections and providing tailored solutions to specific needs. Educate customers on the benefits of upgrading to AT&T’s 5G and Fiber-optic networks. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. Attend daily training workshops to sharpen negotiation and closing techniques. Collaborate with the management team to hit weekly sales quotas and expansion goals. Document customer interactions and sales leads accurately in our CRM system.
