Direct Counsel is representing a leading national firm seeking a Class Action Counsel (Brief Writer) with 6+ years of experience in wage and hour, class, collective, and representative actions.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of litigation and brief-writing experience
• Licensed in California and state of residence
• excellent academic credentials
• significant litigation experience
