Graphic Designer – Brand & UI Focus

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with strong mastery in brand identity and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate brings a passion for the beauty category, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual experiences across print, packaging, retail, and digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand concepts and visual strategies across packaging, marketing, retail displays, and digital assets
• Ensure consistent and creative application of brand guidelines
• Design high-quality layouts, illustrations, and visual systems for print and digital media
• Present and justify design concepts to cross-functional stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, product teams, and engineers on UI design, asset handoff, and reviews
• Deliver UI design assets including mockups, prototypes, design systems, and simple animations

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence, problem-solving, and technical mastery
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft tools
• Intermediate UI design skills with working knowledge of UI principles, accessibility, and research methods
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and feedback skills
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with empathy and a consumer-first mindset
