Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver specialized instructional plans for students with visual impairments. Adapt curriculum and learning materials to meet individual student needs. Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and related service providers to ensure prehensive support. Assess and monitor student progress to guide instructional decisions. Provide assistive technology training and consultation as needed. Promote independence and inclusion within the school environment. Desired Qualifications: Certification or credentials as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired. Experience working with K-12 students with visual impairments. Strong munication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of assistive technology and adaptive educational strategies. Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
