Key Job Responsibilities Establish overall strategy with partner teams for Brand Partnerships across Content, Product and GTM Own revenue goals and other KPIs for the Prime Video Advertising Brand Partnerships Manage team to scale the program in the US and influence strategy internationally Lead business reviews with senior leadership Develop/implement mechanisms to track pipeline and project progress Influence product prioritization to meet advertiser needs for Sponsorships Innovate with Ads and Prime Video Studio to develop exciting advertising‑friendly packages against key Amazon Originals titles and other content Basic Qualifications 10+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience Bachelor’s degree Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C‑level executives and cross‑functional teams or equivalent Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures or equivalent Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of managing and developing high performance teams experience Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $130,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $278,600/year in our highest geographic market.
