Campaign Enablement Manager

CVS Media Exchange is hiring a Campaign Enablement Manager. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Campaign Enablement. The Campaign Enablement Manager is responsible for driving organizational efficiency and developing processes that enable optimal end-to-end client support across the digital media campaign lifecycle. This role ensures seamless operational support, scalable infrastructure, and process excellence from campaign setup through post-launch validation. The CEM will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver precision, compliance, and exceptional client service at every touchpoint. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented marketing operations professional with deep expertise in campaign execution, creative asset management, and cross-functional collaborationcapable of driving large scale campaigns from setup through post-launch with precision, compliance, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Own tentpole & brand campaign execution Campaign infrastructure management Operational handoffs Post-launch quality assurance Landing page & self-service support Optimize booked-to-bill workflow Location: This role is hybrid and commutable to one of the following corporate hubs, which you must work in the office of 2 days a week (Tuesday - Wednesday): Boston or Wellesley, MA Woonsocket, RI New York, NY

Soho office Blue Bell, PA Chicago, IL Required qualifications: 4+ years' experience in account management and/or project management Preferred qualifications: Demonstrated ability to lead and execute large-scale campaigns from initiation through post-launch Expertise in setting up and managing campaign infrastructure tools Experience managing dynamic creative optimization matrices Skilled in preparing and managing insertion orders and trafficking logistics Ability to oversee post-launch QA processes Proven track record of optimizing booked-to-bill workflows Strong interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies Education: High school diploma required Bachelor's degree preferred Anticipated weekly hours: 40 Time type: Full time Pay range: $66,330.00 - $159,120.00 Great benefits for great people We take pride in our comprehensive and competitive mix of pay and benefits
