CVS Media Exchange is hiring a Campaign Enablement Manager. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Campaign Enablement. CVS Media Exchange (CMX) is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full‑funnel ad solutions leverage CVS’s in‑store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self‑service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers. Responsibilities

Own Tentpole & Brand Campaign Execution: Lead and manage the end‑to‑end execution of tentpole and brand campaigns, ensuring all operational processes—from campaign infrastructure setup and creative asset integration to post‑launch validation—are delivered with precision, compliance, and cross‑functional collaboration. Campaign Infrastructure Management: Set up and maintain campaign infrastructure, including SharePoint folders, Workfront projects, team communications, intake forms, and checklists to ensure readiness and compliance for all campaigns. Operational Handoffs: Manage SKU mapping and trafficking logistics to ensure seamless campaign activation. Post‑Launch Quality Assurance: Oversee the creation of screenshot decks, manage dashboard access, and validate proof‑of‑live to ensure campaign readiness, compliance, and accurate reporting. Landing Page & Self‑Service Support: Manage SKU submissions, conduct landing page QA, and integrate creative banners for tentpole and self‑service campaigns, ensuring a smooth client experience. Optimize Booked‑to‑Bill Workflow: Deliver seamless operational support and scalable infrastructure to optimize the booked‑to‑bill process, ensuring timely and accurate billing and campaign tracking. Location

Hybrid – Commutable to one of the following Corporate Hubs. Work in the office 2 days a week (Tuesday – Wednesday). Boston or Wellesley, MA Woonsocket, RI New York, NY – Soho office Blue Bell, PA Chicago, IL Required Qualifications

4+ years’ experience in account management and/or project management Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to lead and execute large‑scale campaigns from initiation through post‑launch, ensuring operational precision and cross‑functional alignment. Expertise in setting up and managing campaign infrastructure tools such as SharePoint, Workfront, intake forms, and communication channels to support campaign readiness and compliance. Experience managing dynamic creative optimization (DCO) matrices, coordinating legal and clinical reviews, and overseeing asset QA processes. Familiarity with platforms like Innovid and internal creative approval workflows a plus. Skilled in preparing and managing insertion orders (IOs) and trafficking logistics using tools like Adobe Sign to ensure seamless campaign activation. Ability to oversee post‑launch QA processes including screenshot deck creation and proof‑of‑live validation to ensure campaign accuracy and compliance. Proven track record of optimizing booked‑to‑bill workflows, delivering scalable operational support, and ensuring timely and accurate billing and campaign tracking. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across teams. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies to drive campaign execution and maintain timelines. Typical Pay Range for This Role is

$66,330.00 – $159,120.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Benefits
