Role Responsibilities
Own and execute LTV.ai's content strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms
Ideate, produce, and publish high-velocity content that educates, entertains, and converts our target audience of e-commerce operators
Plan and execute breakthrough marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and inbound demand
Leverage AI tools to 10x your output - writing, editing, repurposing, and optimizing content at scale
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership to align messaging with business priorities and customer insights
Build systems and workflows that enable consistent, high-quality content production without bottlenecks
Analyze performance across channels and rapidly iterate based on what's working
Stay ahead of trends in AI, e-commerce, and retention marketing to keep our content fresh and differentiated
What we're looking for (ideally)
Experience is optional and not necessarily required
Deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem (or the ability to pick it up quickly) - you know what DTC operators care about and how they consume content
AI-first operator - you instinctively use AI to brainstorm ideas, draft copy, create visuals, and accelerate production without sacrificing quality
Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives
Data-driven mindset - you measure what matters and optimize relentlessly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment where you own outcomes
Bonus: experience creating content for founder-led brands or technical products
