Description Collaborate with engineers, architects, development teams, construction teams, and consultants to prepare documentation for coordination and construction. Apply fundamental design principles to solve problems. Assist in creating comprehensive site documentation to meet project goals, milestones, and schedules. Participate in site design and plan preparation, including layouts, grading, stormwater management, erosion control, and utilities. Lead or participate in design meetings, consultant meetings, and project team discussions. Perform CAD drafting tasks and engineering calculations. Gather site data from online resources and analyze site constraints. Conduct zoning code reviews and research regulatory requirements. Assist in preconstruction scheduling and entitlement processes with municipalities and review agencies. Independently resolve issues and seek guidance on complex challenges. Demonstrate a high level of collaboration and set an example for others. Contribute to company culture through participation in office activities, initiatives, and learning programs. Establish and pursue annual professional development goals. Mentor intern staff and support their growth. Participate in company-wide strategic initiatives and annual business planning.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering exam (EIT) preferred.
Relevant professional experience in site development or civil engineering.
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Solid understanding of engineering principles such as hydrology and grading.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and familiarity with Autodesk products (Navisworks, Infraworks).
Experience with stormwater modeling software (e.g., HydroCAD) preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
