Montgomery Code
Montgomery Code is hiring a Senior Designer to join our small, fast‑moving team. This role is for a designer who loves building high‑performing paid media creative at the pace of scaling startups, while keeping the bar high on craft, clarity, and consistency. You’ll lead design for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, collaborating closely with strategists, writers, and developers to ship creative that performs and brand touchpoints that stay cohesive.
Company policy:
Work hard. Have fun. Take care of each other.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with the Creative Director, strategists, and teammates to concept, design, and iterate performance‑driven creative for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
Design across formats (static, carousel, and testable variation sets) with a focus on clarity, speed, and results
Turn performance insights into better creative through fast, thoughtful iteration and strong creative judgment
Build and maintain scalable creative systems (templates, frameworks, iteration libraries) so the team can move quickly and stay consistent
Partner with strategy to align creative to audience, offer, and funnel stage, and collaborate on testing roadmaps
Produce polished assets in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with clean organization and clear handoffs
Collaborate with the team to select, edit, retouch, and manage campaign photography in Photoshop and Lightroom, including clean file organization, versioning, and export systems, so assets are easy to find, reuse, and deploy across channels
Collaborate on UX and landing page design (wireframes, page comps, Webflow‑ready layouts) with strong attention to conversion and usability
Create and update case studies, product spec layouts, and client collateral in partnership with content and strategy teammates
Build and maintain presentations and decks (new builds and updates), ensuring story flow, visual consistency, and easy team editing
Design social graphics, apparel mockups, and light production assets as needed
Support Webflow collaboration and implementation (hands‑on experience is a plus), ensuring design intent is preserved through build
What Success Looks Like
Paid media creative is consistently on‑brand, strategically aligned, and built for iteration
Collaboration is smooth. Timelines are clear, feedback is actionable, and handoffs are easy
Files are organized, systems are reusable, and the team can ship faster because of your process
You raise the design bar while staying calm, practical, and deadline‑oriented
You bring momentum and clarity across a wide variety of client work
Requirements
5+ years of design experience with strong paid media or campaign creative work
Strong understanding of what drives performance across platforms and formats
