Montgomery Code is hiring a
Marketing Performance Analyst
to own reporting, measurement, and decision-ready insights across
paid social, paid search, organic, website, and email marketing . This role is for someone who loves turning noisy marketing data into clear stories, clear dashboards, and clear next steps. You will collaborate closely with paid media managers, creatives, and content teammates to help our team and clients make smarter decisions faster.

What You’ll Do
Build and maintain a clear, consistent reporting system across channels including Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, website, and email
Create repeatable weekly and monthly reports with narrative insights that explain what changed, why it changed, and what we should do next
Build and manage automated dashboards in Databox and Looker Studio that are easy to trust and easy to use
Partner with paid media teammates to analyze performance by audience, creative, keyword, placement, funnel stage, and landing page, then translate findings into actionable recommendations
Connect cross-channel performance signals, for example how landing page changes affect lead volume, how email engagement impacts conversions, or how SEO supports paid performance
Own measurement quality and governance including UTM standards, naming conventions, conversion definitions, and ongoing QA
Collaborate on analytics and tracking implementation across GA4, GTM, pixels, and key events, and lead troubleshooting when data looks off
Create channel and funnel scorecards such as sessions, conversions, lead quality signals, and pipeline indicators where available
Improve reporting accuracy through templates, documentation, automation, and clean processes
Communicate clearly with internal teammates and clients, turning data into decisions without overcomplicating the story

Reporting is trusted, consistent, and used to guide decisions across the team
Dashboards are clean, accurate, and tailored to what clients and internal teams need most
Performance insights lead to better testing plans, smarter creative direction, and clearer budget decisions
Measurement stays organized and stable across channels, with fewer surprises and faster troubleshooting
Collaboration is smooth, stakeholders get answers quickly, and recommendations are clear and actionable
Requirements
4+ years in marketing analytics, performance reporting, or digital marketing analysis
Strong understanding of performance metrics across paid social, paid search, SEO, website analytics, and email marketing
Proven ability to build automated dashboards and reports that tell a clear story and influence decisions
Comfortable working with attribution realities and data gaps, with a practical approach to what the numbers can and cannot say
Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to explain insights to both marketing and creative teammates
Experience with tracking and measurement concepts including GA4, GTM, UTMs, pixels, and conversion events
Working familiarity with SEO research and reporting tools such as Ahrefs and SEMrush
Tools Bonus if you also use: HubSpot, Mailchimp, Webflow, or other CRM and email tools
