Role Overview Salesforce is seeking an
Event Marketing Demand Generation Senior Coordinator
to support execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive registration, engagement, and pipeline across our strategic events portfolio. This role is ideal for an early‑career marketer who is eager to learn, highly organized, and excited to contribute to large-scale, cross‑channel campaigns for industry‑leading in‑person, hybrid, and virtual events.
As part of the Strategic Events Demand Generation team, you’ll work closely with cross‑functional partners across email, web, social, creative, performance marketing, and global teams to support campaign delivery. You’ll play a key role in day‑to‑day execution, coordination, and reporting while building foundational skills in demand generation, event marketing, and data‑driven decision‑making.
Responsibilities
Support execution of demand generation campaigns for in‑person, hybrid, and virtual events across website, email, organic, and paid digital channels.
Assist with development and delivery of attendee acquisition and event communications programs under guidance from Demand Generation leadership.
Execute assigned campaign tasks and timelines to support registration, attendance, and pipeline goals.
Coordinate with cross‑functional partners across email, web, social, creative, performance marketing, and global teams to support integrated campaign delivery.
Support deployment, QA, and updates of event websites to ensure accuracy, functionality, and launch readiness.
Gather, organize, and maintain audience, registration, and campaign performance data to support reporting and insights.
Assist in preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly campaign performance reports and goal tracking.
Document processes, timelines, and best practices to support repeatable and scalable event marketing execution.
Manage day‑to‑day campaign operations, including creation, tracking, and follow‑up of bills of materials, marketing requests, and tickets in Salesforce, Slack, and Asana.
Minimum Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, events, or a related field.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort working cross‑functionally and collaborating with diverse teams.
Interest in learning omnichannel marketing strategies and demand generation fundamentals.
Analytical mindset with the ability to work with basic data, reports, and performance metrics.
Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Slack, Asana, or similar) or ability to learn quickly.
Curious, proactive learner with a growth mindset and positive attitude.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel 0–10 %.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting marketing campaigns or events at a technology or B2B company.
Familiarity with email, web, social, or paid media marketing.
Experience with reporting, dashboards, or basic analytics.
Strong attention to detail and interest in process improvement.
Exposure to live or virtual event marketing (Salesforce+ experience a plus).
