Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Integrated Producer who is a dynamic visionary of whats possible to help make ideas come to life. They will be responsible for overseeing the production process of advertising campaigns from inception to completion. They will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects within budget and on schedule. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Salary:
$90,000 - $110,000
Responsibilities Financial Management and Reporting
Project Management
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of advertising campaigns, including print, digital, video, and audio projects
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with account managers and creative teams
Coordinate with clients to understand project objectives, timelines, and budget constraints
Vendor Management
Source and negotiate contracts with external vendors, including photographers, videographers, directors, and production companies
Manage relationships with vendors and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
Obtain necessary permits, licenses, and clearances for location shoots and other production activities
Budgeting and Cost Control
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that expenditures stay within approved limits
Track project expenses, reconcile invoices, and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders
Identify cost‑saving opportunities and negotiate favorable rates with vendors and suppliers
Creative Collaboration
Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts, storyboards, and scripts that align with client objectives
Provide input on production feasibility, technical requirements, and budget considerations during the creative development process
Facilitate communication and feedback between creative teams, clients, and production partners
Quality Assurance
Oversee all aspects of production to ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
Conduct thorough reviews of creative assets, including proofs, rough cuts, and final drafts, to identify and address any issues or discrepancies.
Implement quality control measures to minimize errors and ensure consistency across multiple deliverables and platforms
Risk Management
Identify potential risks and obstacles that may impact project timelines or deliverables
Develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies to address unforeseen challenges and minimize disruptions
Proactively communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues as they arise
Post‑Production Management
Coordinate post‑production activities, including editing, sound design, visual effects, and color correction
Review and approve final deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and project requirements
Oversee the distribution and delivery of advertising assets to appropriate channels and platforms
Business Development for Hall Pass Productions
Intentional outreach to business partners and new client prospects. Create a list of prospective clients and develop a plan of action for outreach
Meet and greet prospective clients share out capabilities deck and latest work to prospective clients
Be the brand ambassador for Hall Pass Productions
Attend industry events and always be finding new ways to scale and sell capabilities
Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Film or a related field
5+ years of Film experience
Previous experience in advertising production, preferably within an agency environment
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
Deep connections with vendors in the industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and clients
Proficiency in project management tools, budgeting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and ClickUp
Knowledge of industry trends, production techniques, and emerging technologies in advertising and marketing
Detail‑oriented with a keen eye for quality and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements

This role is based out of our Denver, CO office.
Compensation The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000
