Director of Marketing Basic salary: $190,000-$220,000

As we scale, we are seeking a strategic, execution‑focused Director of Marketing to shape, enhance, and lead our marketing organization into its next evolution.

Position Summary

The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand strength, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This leader will play a pivotal role in positioning the company as the trusted, authoritative voice in its markets, while building a high‑performance marketing team capable of scaling with future opportunities and challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals

Strengthen brand positioning and communicate value across all channels

Manage and coach the marketing team for alignment, growth, and performance

Lead with customer obsession—deeply understanding personas, needs, motivations, and challenges

Oversee demand generation across inbound and outbound channels

Build promotions, launch strategies, and campaigns that drive adoption and profitability

Measure performance, analyse trends, and refine strategies based on insights

Optimise digital channels including SEO, paid media, and email

Collaborate closely with Sales to align lead generation with sales enablement

Partner with Product and R&D to deliver customer insights, white papers, surveys, and impactful product launches

Manage the annual marketing budget and allocate resources effectively

Represent the company at tradeshows and industry events

Deliver consistent reporting and insights to the leadership team

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of marketing experience, including 6+ years in a leadership role

Proven track record developing and executing successful marketing strategies

Experience building and leading high‑performing teams

Strong digital marketing, content strategy, and analytics capabilities

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience in medical device or healthcare industries is a plus

Willingness to travel as needed

Collaborates with: Sales Leadership, Finance, Product, R&D, Operations, Executive Leadership

Manages: Content Manager, Brand/Partnership Lead, Demand Generation Lead
