We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to lead lifecycle, nurture, and campaign-based email marketing efforts for our rapidly growing commercial real estate technology platform. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of data-driven email programs that increase engagement, generate qualified leads, accelerate revenue, and strengthen long-term client retention across the full customer journey.

In addition to email ownership, you will drive SEO strategy, web traffic growth, and content optimization to strengthen discoverability and support an integrated inbound marketing engine. You will work collaboratively across marketing, content, and analytics teams to build automated workflows, refine segmentation, enhance organic acquisition, and deliver best-in-class communication experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy supporting demand generation and customer lifecycle.

Build segmented, personalized email campaigns tailored to brokers, owners, tenants, investors, and other CRE stakeholders.

Maintain list hygiene and ensure compliance with CAN‑SPAM, GDPR, and other email regulatory standards.

Build and refine segmentation strategies based on industry vertical, user behavior, transaction volume, and engagement. Manage A/B tests and optimize send‑time, subject lines, content, and calls‑to‑action.

Monitor key KPIs including open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and revenue influence.

Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to identify growth opportunities.

Own and execute the company’s SEO strategy – including technical SEO and on‑page optimization.

Partner with content and product marketing teams to develop SEO‑driven content that increases organic visibility and supports lead generation goals.

Track and analyze email KPIs, SEO metrics, and full‑funnel conversion data to continuously refine strategies.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, demanding environment with rapidly changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Comfortable making data‑driven decisions and reporting on performance.

Mastery of HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot or transferable platform.

Knowledge of commercial real‑estate workflows, investment lifecycle, property marketing, or brokerage operations is a plus.

Salary Range – $80,000 – $120,000
