Senior Manager, B2B Enterprise Marketing Strategy at Labcorp. Reports to the Director, B2B Enterprise Marketing Strategy and collaborates with Health Systems and Managed Care marketing, business and technology teams. Responsibilities
Collaborate to understand sales cycle, buyer journey, personas, competitive dynamics, and market opportunity to inform go-to-market strategy Lead development and refinement of value proposition, product/solution positioning and message architecture, and content strategy for assigned business areas, with a focus on growing specialty testing within health system relationships Define key audience segments and targeting criteria for marketing campaigns Lead development and implementation of marketing campaigns designed to achieve business goals, using channels including web, digital, paid advertising, email, PR, events, sponsorships, and sales enablement Analyze marketing activity against objectives and defined campaign goals; identify optimizations to enhance performance Collaborate to identify cross-audience opportunities to support brand awareness and generate demand across our global enterprise Deliver multi-channel campaign plans in alignment with marketing plan and budget Work with digital, creative, content, communications, and research to implement effective channel strategies and optimize performance Lead tactic sequencing and prioritization Collaborate to accurately track marketing budget allocation and spend Serve as marketing business partner to the segment P&L owners; align marketing resources with business objectives Collaborate with specialty testing product owners and marketers to support growth in health systems Deliver annual strategic marketing plan for assigned business areas Run recurring meetings with partners and stakeholders to provide status updates, share performance, provide recommendations, and solicit feedback Build support and buy-in for approaches and ideas; foster engagement Provide open and transparent communication across the organization Work with marketing colleagues to drive B2B initiatives to market Collaborate with external agencies and vendor partners to launch marketing strategies Manage a team of 1-2 marketers to meet timelines and deliverables Requirements
8-10 years of marketing experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Science, or Business preferred Skills & Competencies
Life sciences or healthcare marketing experience preferred Multi-channel marketing environment expertise Copywriting and editing skills Adaptable to shifting priorities Self-motivated with initiative Decisive and able to move work forward in ambiguity Clear, concise, and timely communicator Strong relationship-building abilities Ability to generate buy-in and unite teams around a vision Commitment to fostering an engaging, inclusive, and supportive work environment Benefits
