Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems operate at optimum levels.
Collaborate with Programmers to load updated files.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, representing CTI to clients.
Experience & Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in AV integration, installation, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of AV industry; associate’s degree preferred but not required.
Customer Service Experience is a must.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
