Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems operate at optimum levels.
• Collaborate with Programmers to load updated files.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in AV integration, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of AV industry; associate’s degree preferred but not required.
• Customer Service Experience is a must.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
