Audio Visual Service Specialist at CTI

CTI has been a leading Audio Visual provider for over 36 years, founded in 1988. Our mission is to deliver a fantastic customer experience and to help clients get the most out of high‑end Audio Visual and Conference solutions. This position is located in our Oklahoma City branch. We’re looking for a passionate, customer‑focused problem‑solver with a strong AV background and a sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance to keep all systems operating at optimum levels
• Work with programmers as needed to load updated files
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AV/networking, including integration and video conferencing systems
• Associate degree preferred but not required
• Customer service experience required; strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work independently while asking the right questions
