Audio Visual Service Specialist at CTI
CTI has been a leading Audio Visual provider for over 36 years, founded in 1988. Our mission is to deliver a fantastic customer experience and to help clients get the most out of high‑end Audio Visual and Conference solutions. This position is located in our Oklahoma City branch. We’re looking for a passionate, customer‑focused problem‑solver with a strong AV background and a sense of ownership.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance to keep all systems operating at optimum levels
- Work with programmers as needed to load updated files
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in AV/networking, including integration and video conferencing systems
- Associate degree preferred but not required
- Customer service experience required; strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work independently while asking the right questions
