Entry Level Communications Associate
for candidates looking to develop professional skills, gain confidence, and build a strong foundation heading into the new year.
This role is intentionally designed for individuals at the start of their careers. You will receive structured training, consistent feedback, and hands‑on experience that supports long‑term skill development in communications and outreach.
What you will work on Supporting communication and outreach activities in an on‑site setting Engaging with the public in a professional and respectful manner Delivering clear messaging aligned with campaign guidelines Working closely with team leads and peers on daily initiatives
What you will learn and develop Clear, professional communication across a variety of situations How to engage with the public confidently and appropriately How messaging is delivered, evaluated, and improved over time Time management, organization, and workplace professionalism How to work effectively within a team and take direction from team leads How to apply feedback to improve performance and build consistency
