Our client, a leading organization in the professional services sector, is seeking a Communications and PR Manager to shape their brand voice and reputation. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high‑impact communications that drive visibility, trust, and growth for a dynamic and respected company.

What You’ll Do

Lead communications strategy: Develop and execute integrated plans that advance business priorities, strengthen our brand, and safeguard our reputation.

Drive media relations: Position our subject‑matter experts as go‑to resources, secure earned media coverage, and build strong relationships with journalists and outlets.

Manage agencies & vendors: Direct PR agencies and freelancers, set clear goals, manage budgets, and deliver measurable results.

Create compelling content: Craft press releases, bylines, executive communications, award submissions, and more—ensuring a consistent, high‑quality voice.

Champion SEO & digital integration: Optimize all content for search and engagement, working closely with digital marketing specialists to maximize reach across web, email, and social.

Advise on social media: Guide priorities and approve posts to ensure brand alignment (not day‑to‑day posting).

Measure & report impact: Define KPIs, analyze outcomes, and provide actionable insights to inform strategy.

Enable stakeholders: Coach partners and subject‑matter experts on media readiness and thought leadership.

Safeguard compliance & ethics: Oversee review workflows, manage sensitive issues and crisis communications, and ensure all messaging aligns with ethical standards.

What You Bring

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English or similar field.

5+ years in communications/PR, ideally in professional services or comparable industries.

Proven success in media relations, issues/crisis communications, and executive positioning.

Exceptional writing and editing skills—able to translate complex topics for broad audiences.

Hands‑on SEO experience for thought leadership and news content.

Familiarity with analytics and PR tools (web analytics, search console, media monitoring).

Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
