Communications & Content Strategy Manager

The Communications & Content Strategy Manager is responsible for shaping and executing our integrated communications strategy across PR, social media, and customer engagement channels. This role strengthens brand reputation, elevates executive and product thought leadership, and ensures strategic distribution of high-impact content that supports awareness, reputation, demand generation, and product adoption.
Core Responsibilities:
Public Relations & Thought Leadership
Lead media strategy and secure media opportunities that strengthen the company’s reputation and presence in key markets.
Build and maintain relationships with reporters, analysts, and industry influencers.
Develop executive visibility programs including bylines, interviews, and speaking opportunities.
Support crisis response planning and real-time communication coordination.
Brand Reputation & Corporate Communications
Lead review generation and customer sentiment strategy, informing messaging enhancements.
Provide monthly brand reputation insights with recommendations for improvement.
Ensure consistent storytelling across all external touchpoints.
Client Communications
Support client communications lifecycle in partnership with Product Marketing and Client Services.
Drive adoption and engagement through well-timed product announcements, newsletters, and educational content.
Support communication strategy for webinars, launch events, and client community programs.
Own channel strategy, content planning, and publishing across all platforms.
Manage active engagement with prospects, customers, and influencers.
Analyze KPIs to evolve channel mix, messaging, and creative for business impact.
Content Enablement & Distribution
Lead content distribution strategy to maximize reach and engagement of marquee content.
Manage and optimize Resource Library experience (PathFactory).
Drive content discovery across company systems (Highspot, Confluence).
Ensure brand-right messaging and governance of reusable assets.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
3-5 years in communications, PR, content marketing, or related field
Proven track record in media relations and securing press coverage
Hands‑on experience managing social media channels and content distribution
Experience with B2B or SaaS communications preferred
Strong media relations: ability to pitch stories, build reporter relationships, and secure coverage
Excellent writing and storytelling across formats (press releases, bylines, social posts, newsletters)
Social media strategy and analytics (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.)
Content management systems and marketing tech stack (PathFactory, Highspot, or similar platforms a plus)
Data‑driven approach: comfortable analyzing KPIs and adjusting strategy based on performance
Project management: ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with competing deadlines
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Personal Attributes:
Strategic thinker who can translate business goals into communications initiatives
Self‑starter who can work independently with minimal direction
Collaborative team player who works well across departments
Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity in fast‑paced environment
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, PR, or related field
Experience in technology, real estate technology, or B2B SaaS industry
Established media contacts in relevant industry verticals
Experience with review platforms (G2, Capterra) and reputation management
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Crisis communications experience
Experience supporting executive thought leadership programs
