Digital Marketing Manager
to develop and execute multi‑channel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, leads, and sales. The ideal candidate is a self‑directed, results‑focused marketer with extensive B2C digital experience.
Salary + Additional Benefits $75,000
Location Houston, TX - South
Type of Position Direct Hire
Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that align with firm-wide goals and customer acquisition strategies.
Develop high‑quality content, including ads, blog posts, articles, social media content, and email campaigns.
Oversee social media management and reputation‑building efforts across multiple social media platforms.
Optimize paid advertising campaigns to improve search engine rankings and drive organic and paid traffic. Work together with website support to further optimize our SEO.
Work with team to create and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Track and analyze website traffic, social media metrics, and campaign performance to measure ROI and make data‑driven decisions. Share monthly reports with company leadership.
Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Ecomm experience required.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
