Digital Marketing Specialist The Digital Marketing Specialist is a hands‑on role responsible for driving digital growth and performance across key channels. This position manages the end‑to‑end strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), website presence, and comprehensive data analytics. A crucial part of this role involves ensuring budget control through the meticulous management of purchase orders (POs) and providing actionable insights that guide overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Duties

Campaign Execution & Optimization: Strategically plan, launch, and continuously optimize paid search and display campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, retargeting networks (e.g., Geofencing), and niche platforms like Feathr. Focus on maximizing ROI, CPL, and conversion rates.

Negotiation & Procurement: Lead all negotiations with media vendors and manage the paid media budget efficiently.

Financial & Budget Oversight: Coordinate the timely generation, processing, and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs) for all digital marketing expenditures, ensuring accurate budget reconciliation.

Website Management & SEO

Content & Technical Maintenance: Execute timely website updates, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and an optimal user experience (UX).

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Develop and implement comprehensive on‑page and technical SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, drive qualified traffic, and enhance search engine rankings.

Analytics, Reporting, and Insights

Performance Tracking: Track, measure, and analyze performance data for all digital initiatives, including paid media, website traffic, social media engagement, and email campaigns.

Strategic Reporting: Prepare and deliver weekly performance updates to stakeholders, focusing on key metrics, trends, and the status of ongoing campaigns.

Actionable Insights: Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations for campaign adjustments and future marketing investment, including comprehensive post‑event and post‑show analytics breakdowns.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Compliance

Paid Social Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Marketing Coordinator to provide analytical insights and data‑driven recommendations for the strategy and execution of paid social media campaigns.

Brand & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all digital communications (website, ads, email) strictly adhere to corporate brand guidelines and relevant email/data privacy regulations.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively research and integrate digital marketing best practices into workflows, optimizing analytics setups and internal reporting processes.

Event Marketing Support

Integrated Support: Provide comprehensive digital marketing support (e.g., website updates, ad monitoring, reporting) for events before, during, and after their occurrence, ensuring messaging consistency and brand compliance throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications & Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search & Display).

Strong understanding of SEO best practices and technical implementation.

Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

Ability to travel is required—domestic and international.

Ability to be present in the office

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Physical Demands

Physical Demands: Ability to work extended hours during show periods, sit, stand, walk, travel, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Work Environment: Basic office environment; frequent travel and work within active trade show and event environments.
