Are you a creative storyteller who knows how to turn ideas into content that actually moves the needle? We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist (content creator) to join our Sales & Marketing team and help bring our brand to life across digital, social, and print platforms.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves creating, collaborating, and seeing their work drive engagement, leads, and growth.
What You’ll Do Content Development
Create engaging written, visual, and video content for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and internal communications
Produce content that supports sales initiatives, brand awareness, and lead generation
Brand & Messaging
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and marketing strategy
Maintain consistency across platforms and materials
Social Media Management
Plan, schedule, post, and monitor content across social platforms
Actively track engagement and optimize content for reach and visibility
Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to support campaigns, launches, and seasonal initiatives
Take creative direction and bring ideas to life independently
Analytics & Optimization
Track performance metrics and engagement data
Adjust content strategies based on what’s working (and what’s not)
Process & Organization
Follow established SOPs for content creation
Maintain a structured content calendar and meet deadlines consistently
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred)
2–4 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, WordPress, Hootsuite, or similar
Familiarity with SEO, social media analytics, and performance reporting
Highly organized, deadline‑driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects
Creative, collaborative, and detail‑oriented with a strong respect for brand standards and SOPs
