Senior CAD Designer – Land Development

Civil Core Consulting is growing and looking for an experienced Senior CAD Designer to join our land development team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical leadership, high-quality design work, and mentoring junior staff in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Produce CAD drawings for land development and land use projects

Assist with planning and managing CAD workloads

Supervise and mentor junior CAD staff; identify training needs

Develop and maintain CAD standards, templates, and best practices

Perform QA/QC reviews of drawings and work products

Qualifications

6+ years of land development CAD design experience

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Strong experience with roadway, subdivision, and site grading design

Interest in new CAD technologies and evolving industry trends

Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
