The CRM Manager leads the strategy and day-to-day execution of email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns for Global Custom Commerce (a Home Depot company) and its four e-commerce sites. This assignment balances strategic vision with execution to drive engagement, traffic, and sales. By partnering with creative, analytics, and IT teams, this individual delivers seamless, integrated customer experience focused on personalization and growth.
Assignment Tasks
Drive the end-to-end strategy and execution of marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail.
Optimize customer engagement, site traffic, and sales through targeted multi-channel communication.
Partner with creative and merchandising teams to deliver integrated and brand-consistent messaging.
Utilize technical aptitude to manage data segmentation and complex personalization efforts.
Collaborate with analytics and IT to ensure a seamless, data-driven customer journey across all e-commerce platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in retail, e-commerce, or agency environments focused on customer engagement and growth.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud required.
Expertise in data segmentation and personalized marketing strategies.
Ability to balance high-level strategic planning with day-to-day tactical execution.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functional areas like sales, merchandising, and analytics.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
