We’re expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our Mortgage Protection & Life Insurance team. You'll get access to qualified leads (no cold calling), hands‑on training, mentorship from industry leaders, and the flexibility to build your own schedule and income stream.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Compensation is commission‑based plus incentives with no caps.
Base Pay Range $55,000 – $175,000 per year
What You’ll Do
Work with qualified leads
Connect with clients to understand their goals and recommend the best coverage
Present and explain life‑insurance options in simple, relatable terms
Build long‑term relationships and provide ongoing client support
Manage your own schedule and income—part‑time or full‑time
Learn proven systems and strategies from industry‑leading mentors
What You’ll Bring
A positive attitude and genuine desire to help people
Strong communication skills—phone, video, or in‑person
Self‑motivation and accountability
Sales, service, or customer‑facing experience (preferred but not required)
A life‑insurance license or willingness to obtain one (we’ll help you get licensed)
