Position Overview
We are looking for a Communications Specialist
to support and manage in-person communication during live events and brand activations. This role focuses on delivering clear messaging, coordinating on-site communication, and ensuring positive interactions between teams, clients, and attendees.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate clearly and professionally with attendees during live activations.
Support on-site communication between event staff, team leads, and management.
Share schedules, instructions, and updates with team members in real time.
Ensure all in-person messaging follows brand and client guidelines.
Assist with staff briefings before events and relay updates throughout the day.
Answer attendee questions and guide them through event activities.
Help maintain smooth operational flow by communicating timing and location details.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with individuals and small groups in person.
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.
