We are looking for an experienced
Media Manager
on behalf of one of our clients to lead media strategy, planning, and execution across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate has a strong background in media buying and planning, with a proven ability to optimize campaigns for maximum impact and ROI. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated media plans aligned with marketing objectives. Leverage audience insights and market trends to inform strategy. Media Buying & Execution
Lead strategy for negotiating and purchasing media across digital, social, print, broadcast, and OOH channels. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and optimized for performance. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor campaign metrics and provide actionable insights. Prepare detailed reports on media performance and ROI. Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of media professionals (buyers, planners, analysts). Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in media planning and buying . Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and traditional media channels. Proficiency in analytics tools and data-driven decision-making. Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills. Seniority level
